Yeah, I agree it is a good idea to be supportive of each other and give advice on here!
I have started to be more active again because I am not pleased with my overall look and really want to feel healthy in all ways. I think that is a better goal—health—than losing weight alone. Better to gain something than to lose. Personally I wouldn’t obsess over every calorie as that’s not a realistic life change. I heard a rule in this one book I’m reading that says “If it won’t go bad, it’s not good for your body.” Something as simple as that can be a good guideline for what you should or shouldn’t eat.
Anyway, any ideas for different hobbies/forms of exercise that are a bit varied from the usual walking, dance, swimming, etc? I’d like to find something new with which to absorb my free time! Thanks!

I lived in St Louis for a few months and I can say it’s not that amazing of a city. However, one of the best places on earth happens to be in St. Louis (don’t ask me why—they could’ve chosen better locations) and it is called ‘The City Museum’. Check it out! It will blow your mind if you like a bit of imagination and wild frolicking

Dear oh dear! What is love anyway? Mutual respect and appreciation? In that case I’ve loved a few. This feels different however but I’m more cautious about throwing the phrase around than I have been in the past. I won’t say it first. Sometimes I am overcome nearly to the point of tears with adoration for my boyfriend, but I bite my tongue. I shall wait for him to say it incase I am jumping the gun. Time will tell. I suppose there is no rush in saying it. Maybe the words add nothing to the actions/feelings. Still… it’s ready to burst out of me.
