Back in 1987 I became a vegan, I continued on that path for 7 years until I met my wife, who became my ex-wife. Once I met her I stopped being a vegan, I stopped being myself. From 1994 until November of 2007 I was a lacto/ovo Pescetarian. Basically I ate some fish every now and again and I consumed some dairy and egg or had foods with those in them. I considered myself a vegetarian though really I was not. In November of 2007 I decided to go back to being a vegan…no animal products whatsoever. I’m not going to go into the reasons why I went back, I guess if you really want to know you can ask me, suffice to say it was the best decision I’ve made for myself in the last 14 years. “Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet” Albert Einstein
