so i’m in the middle of a 3-interview day today. “why are you typing on 43 things? shouldn’t you be preparing for your next shoot?” you ask. why yes you are probably right. i’m just really discouraged about these next two interviews. the first one today was actually a redo of one that we did last week that kinda sucked. so im getting a tad down about this whole project. it’s like why am i doing this again. if tonight’s shoots suck, im gonna have to rethink this whole thing. i cant remember why i decided to do this in the first place. i dont even really like my idea anymore. grrrrrrr!! here goes nothing…

...was today with a really great DJ from DC. My camera plans totally fell through pretty much at the last minute, so I had to use my crappy little digi hi-8 cam. but it didnt turn out as bad as i thought it would. pretty good audio. cant wait to get more interviews under my belt…

oh tower records, how i love thee. thy listening stations offer the choicest selection for thine ears to sample….

phoenix (“live! 30 days ago”; i wanted their new album “alphabetical” but it was like $20 friggin dollars, so no friggin way)

maktub (say what you mean) thanks to a friend who turned me on to them, i now have a new theme song.

martin sexton (american something) same friend said i should get him, he has yet to steer me wrong. hope i like it, or it’s yours…
