I am going to lose 50 pounds in the next few months. I know I will never be able to do it in time for summer, but I’d at least like to be on my way to being slimmer. I know myself well enough to know that I tend to overeat when I am feeling depressed or stressed and afterwards I feel even worse and it becomes a cycle. tTe bottom line is that I am a compulsive eater. I don’t have to feel hungry to eat, I just eat.
Thankfully, I enjoy walking and being outdoors, and this is how I am planning to attack my weight problem. If I walk every day, at least I’m doing something positive for my body. I’ve already walked to and from work a few times, which is about 3 miles one way. This way I will save gas money and get my exercise. This is just a start and I will gradually add more to my workout as I lose weight and start to feel better about myself. I would love to hear from anyone who is in the same situation as me. Thanks
