Listening Problems

People interrupt & don’t listen to me. They also don’t read what I write. I think it’d be easy to blame them, but I’m sure things like my speaking cadence, accent, choice of words, and argument structure etc. have an impact, too. Does anyone have some tips or know of good resources to help me improve?
