It feels a little strange finishing your degree, but it’s mostly a good feeling. Having completed a bachelors degree and a masters degree now, I’m happily done with formal education for a while. University helped form who I am today, so I have a lot to be thankful for :)

I thought this goal was further off than it has turned out to be. I’m going to be moving to the south of Germany to live and work, and to learn some more of the language (I don’t know too much at the moment, but know the basics at least).
It’s definately worth finishing your dissertation… I mean, why start if you’re not going to finish. It gives you a bit of a sense of freedom and lets you eat at McDonalds lots without feeling too guilty.
