How to see bruce springsteen live

How I did it: i went to see bruce at hampden in glasgow in july with my friend and his brother and dad. i wore my bruce tshirt and made a poster with a song request on: "atlantic city." i was really happy because he played all my favourite songs: atlantic city, born to run, dancing in the dark, kingdom of days, radio nowhere, and the river. it was super awesome, he has such a stage presence! the last battle (literally.) 3 months ago

i took the whole series out of the school library at the start of the summer holidays, because i’d never read them all (only the lion the witch and the wardrobe) when i was younger and it’s one of those series you have to read!

i thought i would finish them really quickly and be able to move on to other books, but here i am in the last week of the holidays and i’m half-way through the last battle.

it’s not that they’re hard books to read, it’s just that it’s hard to motivate myself to read them and just be done!

now my grandma has taught me to knit, i have started to knit my gryffindor scarf. i’m only on the first red stripe right now, but hopefully once i get better at knitting i will get faster and have it done quickly for the winter time!

Learn to knit
i can knit! 3 months ago

a few weeks ago my grandma taught me to knit :)

i can cast on and do a simple stitch, but i can’t cast off yet or do any fancy stitches so i will wait until i can do those as well before i finally say i can actually knit.

right now i’m knitting a gryffindor scarf. (with my grandma’s help of course!)
