Just signed up for an 8-week beginner yoga class starting in April. So excited!! I can’t wait to learn the basics and then move on to other forms…

I’m reading a book from the library right now, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga by Deepak Chopra. I have Wii Fit, and I’ve been learning some basic poses from that, and doing them every now and then when I wake up in the mornings before I start my day.
Researched universities in the area who have Russian courses… there is only one, half an hour away. That’s alright with me, its at one of the most reputable Universities in Canada, so I don’t mind the drive. Now I just have to call the admissions office on Monday to see if I can take just one Russian course part-time.
