· drink more water (8+ cups per day)
· go to bed earlier, wake up earlier (sleep by 12, up by 8)
· exercise regularly (3+ times a week: hiking, biking, walking; yoga?)
· meditate
· learn to cook
· eat healthier (less red meat/dairy, more fruits/veg, 5-6 small meals per day, stop drinking coffee, less processed foots)
· spend less time online
