Update

I did a cardio pilates class this morning that kicked my butt. Of course, I’ve had 3 brownies tonight, so I’m thinking that’s a wash.



Be more consistent
Follow through on my goals

I see how my goals are somewhat connected. I just need to pick one (getting organized) and DO IT. If I can do that, then maybe I can start to develop the discipline I need to start working on the other goals.



I want to lose 10 pounds
40 is looming large.

This goes along with my other fitness goal of rock hard abs. Wish me luck, I’m going to need it.
