bought the pill box and filled it with my vitamins of choice. I don’t eat healthy foods on a regular basis and to manage stress, I think vitamins may help me. I take the wellness formula, fish and flax oil, calcium citrate with D, E, regular multi, holy basil, B complex, claratin for allergies and finish it all off with a sinus complex. The ginger in the complex help calm the aftertaste left from the fish oil and garlic in the wellness formula. I’m starting to feel better already.
