I’m not gonna lie, it is a challenge to stay fit. I got out of it for awhile, you just gotta kick yourself in the butt and say “I will stay healthy”. A good set of adjustable dumbells help out. You can work out the individual muscles that way. A good 30 minute workout 3 times a week is all you need. My biggest thing is eating, I don’t eat nearly enough. Maybe 2-3 decent meals. I want to start eating 5 small meals a day. Just gotta find the time and stuff to eat.

I want to start running soon, it’s to cold outside right now so I’m using an exercise bike I have in my house. As soon as it gets warmer I’m hoping to start running a mile and a 1/2 almost everyday. I just gotta get myself to do it…

It’s easy to start lifting, just a bit harder to keep it as a regular thing. One idea is to start scheduling time in your schedule to lift. Take it as seriously as you would a doctors appointment.
