I’m going to make an effort to keep up running instead! Its cheaper, you get to feel the wind in your hair/flies in your mouth and its just as good for you. plus, i actually do it for longer than if i went to the gym. and sometimes i enjoy it. i can do weights and crunches at home anyway.

well it isn’t that difficult really, is it. just find a friend who already has one and ask them to invite you. ;-)
but nobody has emailed me on it yet. and because i can’t access it at work and i have’t currently got email at home its a bi pointless. but worthwhile for when i go on my big trip.
i'm going to do it!

I’ve booked the career break with my company (luckily they are quite generous like that) and have spoken to my parents about moving home for 6 months to save up the money for it. yippee!
