How I did it: we fast more days of the year than not so it was easy for me beacuse my family was doing. but there was still things around the house like milk and cookies. I fasted from all dairy products as well as met. If you just change you diet a little it becomes much easier. I am fasting right now for 55 days. the really cool thing about road trip is not knowing where you are going to end up. me and my boyfriend have talked about it. he don’t like driving for a long period of time so. i would have to drive when he gets sick of it.
this is a great way for me to remind my self what i need to work on. it helps me stay focused
