shit on

I am grateful for being pretty much disrespected in one of the worst ways possible – this has propelled me to act on other items in my life in a more positive way.

I am grateful for the free meditation series that I’m doing now. I am glad it is there when I want and need it.

I am grateful for the bird poop that landed on me at the end of the day – it has served as a solid way to show me that the universe is behind me in my new mindset and my future.

I am grateful for two wonderful children who are on board with me and understand me and are supportive of me and my actions this evening.

I am grateful for the future and all that is holds.

Infinite Love and Gratitude! I am now.

He is at the point now where he says

“I have to go poop” So this means he is stopping dropping and popping. Hooray! Now he just needs to tell his care provider and then we’ll be business.

Regain my focus on the job in 2014. (read all 2 entries…)
for sure the first quarter of this year I have done this

and I am looking for new work so this is a bonus. If I am to find a new job I’ll be able to leave knowing I had focused on the tasks at hand and leave with great notes.

So for the update:

Status excel sheet (the big thorn in my side) and prepare for the need to maybe having to do it again in March/April. JUST FINISHED THE SECOND ONE! ! HOORAY.
Office Manual (add to it even if it isn’t my project)
Help the students raise $20K for their matching fundraising grant. (Oh I hope we reach that level!) We raised 30K so yes, we got teh 20K matching grant so we made almost $50K.
Develop the retreat in April for the new board. JUST FINISHED THIS TONIGHT.
Keep a new system for student notes.
Finish writing my advising book and have it ready to show off in July
oh and all the rest of the stuff I can’t remember right this second….

The revised list:
  • Status excel sheet: The one I’ll need to do for June – hopefully the last one because the new system will be up and running by SEPT.
  • Keep a new system for student notes: need to draft up the templates.
  • Finish writing my advising book and have it ready to show off in July – not going to get this done for the workshop but I can at least have a discussion about it with colleagues and get people lined up to help with editing and such.
  • oh and all the rest of the stuff I can’t remember right this second….

blueprint for success

was forced onto me this find month. Funny – I was resistent at first and didn’t think I’d need one or could come up with one but circumstances have dictated that I am going to have a blueprint and HOW! You make me laugh universe! Thanks.

I am going to now have a hiking blueprint.
A grocery store/recipe blueprint.
A chores blueprint.
etc.

sometimes the universe

works in mysterious ways and other times I feel like I have command of it really! I want to work on the “blue room” and now I have a reason to do so. Crazy cool!

Life is mysterious and wonderful and amazing. I love being a human.

Thanks universe for having a corner to turn. I know that my journey is going to have many more corners to turn. That is a good thing – keeps it exciting.

WATER: I didn’t drink a lot but I drank some but I should have had more.

VEGETABLES: I ate some, my sandwich has lettuce and toms and the side was carrot strips, my tacos had toms and lettuce (green leafy) and green onions and zucchini and cooked yellow onions! I ate some veggies, not the quantity I’d like but there for sure.

TIME FOR PREP: My ability to get up on time to make myself a breakfast that was good was not there. I was too tired. Need more sleep.

TIME FOR CLEAN-UP: Tonight the boys made the dinner so I want to contribute to the clean up but I want to go to sleep earlier so that I can get up in time to have a good breakfast – vicious cycle – I am probably going to go down there to wash a few and do some more laundry but I need to cuddle and go to sleep. Augh.

ATTITUDE ABOUT FOOD: Right now because money is so tight I want to bring my lunch but the act of socializing around a lunch meal is too big of a pull so my food is costing me money so a portion of my enjoyment of the food is the guilt that I should socialize in a different way that doesn’t cost. I want to bring my lunch but it seems to not be working out. I need to find a different way to spend my lunch hours. Socialize differently. My lunches are different now anyway with the new person so I need to revisit them.

352: A monday I'm a Walking

There is a loop I can do around the block that really is fast and is one mile. If I can do it two times a night I can get my 30 minutes in. Today was once, I think I’ll try two times tomorrow…

Day 24 = 1.0 miles
Total = 23.89 miles

Miles to Go = 576.11

a lot of contemplation of this goal

and the text that was used about it from the previous person who had this goal. It is so very important – the whole thing, the future for me. The metaphorical cliff I am on and about to jump from. I love this goal over all the rest.

Just like the linen napkins and candles at every meal. The flowers on the night stand are a reminder to enjoy it, to embrace it, to be one with the way I want it and to how it should be. I am reminded of it. I am grounded in it. I love it.

I am grateful and happy! I am NOW.

closer still

The retreat I’ve in mind is in early Sept. I have the time off reserved with work and the date on my calendar for when it opens up to apply. I am very very very close to making this happen!

Seriously!

Need to convince myself

that food and I get along. I would prefer to never eat again if I’m honest with myself that isn’t totally true but really close to it. I am sick of eating including the preparations and clean up. I like it but don’t at the same time. I force myself to enjoy it, it doesn’t come natually. I am realizing that this goal is bring this dislike of food home on a regular basis. I am trying to use the goal to like food more, to prepare it and like eating it and then the joy of cleaning up afterwards.

I am going to try to do something a bit different with this goal. I am going to set up a template to try to follow each day.

WATER:

VEGETABLES:

TIME FOR PREP:

TIME FOR CLEAN-UP:

ATTITUDE ABOUT FOOD:

I’ll fill in these categories and then see what happens. I want to drink water and eat veggies, I want to enjoy the prep and clean up and change my attitude about food. Let’s see where I get.
