How I did it: I was a very selfish person and I realized that you just have to set yourself aside for others. You will always have time to tend to yourself and your needs but it could be the last time you can help your friend a neighbor or even a complete stranger out. My friends love the new me and they even call me "Mama" now because they know if they will ever need anything I will be there, day or night. Read how I did it…
