what is you average calorie intake per day girls? and advice would be much appreciated :) as well as how often/ much you exercise

i have finally found my perfect diet.
I’ve tried almost everything, fasting, gm/cabbage soup, greenlane. But i have actually found the perfect diet for me that I can stick to, stop bingeing and see results quickly with.
I’ve started eating only negative calorie foods. I have a list of fruit and veges I found on a website and for two weeks iv only eaten those, and even having one or two slip ups (pieces of chocolate…), after those 2 weeks i have lost 7/8 kgs :) which is about.. 17.6 pounds.
I havent even exercised at all because I have had so much on a work and school and still ive lost that much weight.
usually i dont eat anything during the day and just some neg calorie veges for dinner but i dont feel guilty for having a couple of pieces of neative calorie fruit as a snack or for dessert.
so i suggest you try it if you’re like me and cant find anything that works yet! id ba happy to give anybody my list and even happier to see how others go on it.

ps i love it how my jeans are getting baggy :) :)
so im only eating 200 cals per day but im unsure if i should count the calories that an apple, for example, has as part of that because on some websites it it said to be a ‘negative calorie food’. so do i count the calories in it or not?
any help is appreciated cause im getting confused :(
