Okay…I’ve gotten off this for a bit. So technically it is not really Day Five since I started, but I guess it is Day Five of the Diet. So here, to make up for the free-eating, I shall not eat any food until I finish drinking 1.5litres of water. It’s been working thus far. Shall be meeting a friend for lunch. Low-carb is the way to go. And then, it’s another 1.5litres of water. This water-strategy shall keep me away from the unhealthy crisps and tidbits.

Breakfast – 1 banana, 1 apple and a mug of hot Jap green tea
Lunch – Chicken rice(breast meat and 3/4 of the rice) and home-made Barley drink
Snack: 1/2 Dark choc munchy’s donut + 1/4 mooncake
Dinner – 1 regular cup of Mountain Dew from KFC. Of cos, plus Meiji Collagen + Juice.
Breakfast – A cup of Jap Green Tea and 3 pieces of wheat crackers.
Lunch – Shall do Yong Tau Foo, hopefully. Depends on lunch venue consensus of my lunch partners. [Too long a queue at the Yong Tau Foo stall. In the end, I had grilled fish, boiled carrots & broccoli and 3 meatballs for lunch. Followed by a small bunch of grapes]
Dinner – plans to have apples, prunes and water. End the day with Meiji Collagen + Juice. [ate three prunes and a serving of grilled chicken breast. Shall have my collagen + juice later]
