I’ve found that “losing weight” isn’t specific enough to allow me to build tasks.
To date, I’ve lost 19lbs. The holidays (Thanksgiving through New Year’s) set me back a bit because I didn’t lose during that time. On a positive note, I didn’t GAIN during that time either.
