I’ve been craving Chinese food lately. This is a simple Cantonese dish with many varations. I basically used the vegetables I had at hand: carrots, snow peas, mushrooms (cantharellus tubeaformis; not sure what they’re called in English) and daikon. I love oyster sauce.

I haven’t excelled at this challenge, but I do feel so much better when I walk a lot. So I will try to get back up on that tightrope/wagon/horse/whatever for the last few days of February.

At this point at least I know what I have to do to reach 10,000 steps. I don’t do it every day though.
