turned everything in last week - on time 6 months ago

didn’t make it to class (but still within the allowed absences) but didn’t miss any other deadlines.
i realized that i’m aggravated that i’m still working on this at 45, but in the past i would get down & not do my work, i’m not letting that happen.
so lots of deadlines this week, just aiming to meet them.



run a 5k (read all 3 entries…)
at the gym tonight i did the 6 months ago

walk/run thing – finally.
i’ve been going to the gym and lifting weights & biking & walking…so finally, i ran! it felt great!



lose 50 pounds this year (read all 3 entries…)
i'd fallen off the wagon 6 months ago

but i got back on. i’ve gotten on the scale every day for the last 4 days.
and back to the gym.
and eating okay.
