How I did it: Started taking less and less meds everyday for about 2 weeks. I had slight withdrawals and "bad spots" but in the end, it was worth it. It's been over 3 1/2 weeks now without my meds and I'll NEVER go back! Read how I did it…
1. Get modeling jobs lined up.

I’ve really been doing this lately. =] I know I’ll never be perfect but it’s just the mindset that I want in my head. =]
