I originally wanted to do 50 daily, but I wasn’t doing it. It’s just too big right now. So, I’m changing my goal to do sit ups daily and setting my reminder to tell me to do 10 daily. When I’ve done that for awhile, I’ll increase and work my way to 50!

Now that I’ve lost 25 pounds, my next goal is to be a size 14 by Halloween – which will require at least another 10 pound weight loss. Only five weeks to go, but that’s just two pounds a week – I think I can do it!
I’m down 25 pounds. I got off track, but my health educator gave me a good talk – she reminded me I’d lost 20 pounds and that I needed to respect that weight loss by not sliding backwards. She also reminded me I’m doing this to be a better role model for my daughter.
It helped and I’m going on down now. Next goal: Size 14!
