This is working for me although it’s still a struggle to get out of bed in the morning :-)
I’ve moved my start time at work from 9am to 8am meaning I have to get up an hour earlier. Now I just need to make myself go to bed earlier on a regular basis so that I’m not a walking zombie in the morning and I think this goal will be done!

How I did it: I found a japanese symbol for perseverance that i really liked and then I found out that the koi is the japanese symbol for strength and perserverance so I did a google search and found one that I liked. I took it to the tattoo place (the one that I trust) and the guy fixed it up and I made my appointment.Then it was a long wait until my appointment today where it took 2 hours and a lot of pain but it is so awesome and I just LOVE it! All going well I will be doing my next belt exam on May 1.
I have made myself a plan that I have to stick to to try and increase my fitness so that I will last the exam :-)
