Skydive
Untitled

I did my first solo skydive on the weekend and it is awesome! There wasn’t much of a free fall as you are attached to the plane by a static line, so that was a little disappointing, although it’s the only way to jump for the first time on your own. They navigate you down via a radio and i would have to say the most unpleasant thing is kneeling in the cramped plane, i couldn’t wait to get out!

Move to Toronto
Untitled

I moved here in April 2008 from Melbourne Australia. The timing was perfect weather wise as I missed the fierce winter they just had. The locals are friendly and it’s very easy getting around, i didn’t have much trouble getting a job or finding a place although there are a lot of bums/beggers around which takes a bit of getting used to. We’ll see how i survive this winter!

wake up when my alarm clock goes off
Untitled

It’s sounds easy and it is! Life has to be worth waking up for and work has to be worth wanting to go to. That was my problems, I didn’t care about my job and my boss always came in late so there was no motivation for me to get out of bed when i should. You need to change your situation so you enjoy what you do (or at least part of it!) or change your state of mind to look forward to something worth waking up on time for. Could be something big, like a special dinner, movie or a holiday, although doesn’t need to be. Look forward to a special breakfast, good book or pleasant walk. Good luck and don’t hit snooze!
