How I did it: I would read about a chapter a day, and write down the rules and some examples in a notebook. I finished one hundred page notebook front and back, and another about a fifth of the way. Read how I did it…
i would consider this finished although i still have not taken the dlab. i did excellent on asvab, and feel i’m probably prepared as i’ll ever be on the dlab. i listened to a lot of hebrew and been paying attention to sounds in general. there is still more time to prepare so i guess i just keep doing this practice, but for now i consider this complete
i would say that i’ve had a better schedule for sometime now, which is mostly a result of working. i’m forced to be at work by 7:00, so i’m usually up at 5 something each day, which also forces me to get to bed around 9 something. i don’t always sleep the exact times that i want but i’m not displeased at all the amount i usually get and the amount of awake time that i have. still could work on getting up early and going to bed earlier so that i can meditate in the morning and really start the day right, but i would say, for all intents and purposes, this goal is met
