I wonder if I’ll end up running SG. If not – do I want to make a company like my dad did? Is that what I’m supposed to do? Isn’t it bad to become a drone at a big company? Or is that safer? What’s better?

How I did it: Collected garage sale tips from the internet. Held during time of year when many neighbors are also holding sales, means more shoppers! Marked prices slightly higher to begin with so I could be open to negotiating lower prices and still make profit.Sold items appropriate for the season.Had available grocery bags to carry purchases.Was prepared with change. How I did it: We have Great Dane puppy that chews up any toy, cup or shoe you leave on the floor. I threw the bottles away and told my daughter that the dog chewed them up. She believed me and actually did not get upset! She acted as though she was not surprised.Now she sleeps better than ever! She’s kind and gentle DESPITE being humiliated and treated awfully. She’s become a servant in her own home, yet she remains a lovely person.
