How I did it: I I worked out 15 times. It doesn't sound difficult, but I just made a list and logged my workouts. The key was to check the list on a regular basis to remind myself how far I had to go. Read how I did it…
It’s been awhile since I’ve been this consistent. There are lots of room for improvement, but I’ll definitely pat myself on the back this month. It’s been a rough month. Despite the additional exercising, I’ve been gaining weight too. I guess it’s the stress from work and the extra yummy snacks. I’ll have to reign that in. :) I say this all the time, but who cares? The exercising helps my stress levels so much!!! I have to remember that!!! Go, go, go!!!
to finish this goal. I only have 6 more workouts to go. Hmmm… I made such a strong start and got a little too caught up at work. I have to squeeze the time during the day even if it means going back to work afterwards. I ialso just noticed that I had a bit of a latin theme going on this month. You’d think that I would have some better moves after all that… Nope! Too bad!!!
