Arthritis + feet + running = not a good idea
giving up the idea of running, will stick to the gym and my bike
Spring/Summer in South Dakota is (and hopefully will continue to be) so much better than the weather in North Carolina. I can actually go outside and ride a bike or walk or anything and not sweat to death because its a million degrees. And that wind I hated so much when it was the winter and 10 below. Now I love it!
