I first heard about Light Language last year from Sandra Sweetman an intuitive healer and teacher of Light Language www.mydivineblueprint.com. I am always attracted to anything related to light. I’m a Leo, the sun sign and my name Lucy means light! So, I thought I just have to learn.

Light Language is a sacred teaching based on the light-speed healing techniques of the Master Curanderos of Mexico. You can learn to reshape your aura and attract what you desire, encoding energy through colour and sacred geometry.

You learn to consciously read and write light using color and sacred geometries. At the Basic level, you work with 7-shaped sequences grids for re-shaping the aura and co-creating the energies in your life. You learn to recognize color and geometry in your language, thoughts, and behavior. Make instant and long-lasting changes in yourself and your environment. Change the energy of a building, a room, or your office.

Unfortunately, Sandra who’s based in Canada and Hong Kong and travels extensively had to cancel the course that was to be held in my therapy room! But she has promised to come out to Spain when I have my centre up and running!

Sekhem is an ancient system of wisdom as taught in the temples of early Egyptian times; it’s also the name the ancients gave to the all-knowing state of consciousness after death. It is the healing aspect of this energy system that is taught. Sekhem is a powerful, compact and effective system for becoming permanently and experientially connected with the Living Light.

Sekhem works on every level of the mind, body and spirit, assisting you to heal and grow. A Sekhem session will stimulate the body’s own regenerative and healing ability, as it works on the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual levels, helping the body to return to a state of balance and well being.

I’ve been teaching Sekhem for a couple of years now and some of my students are now ready to take Masters Part I. The course is scheduled for April 2007. It’s just so awesome watching your students develop and their abilities and confidence grow. I feel truly privileged.

This has always been a fantasy of mine since as far back as I can remember. I’ve always loved dancing. But it’s just one of those things I haven’t got around to doing, yet! My sister was studying with one of the very best teachers down in Croydon.

But, I might have to wait until I get to Spain. My holistic bootcamp will feature a different activity each week, and you can bet that belly dancing will be on that list.

It’s just so sinuous and sexy and what a great workout. It definitely beats running on a treadmill.
