eww nasty habit ive had off and on since i was 13. its time to quit and get healthy. i dont want to cut my life short. i start tomorrow. wish me luck.

i dont want to lose any weight. just need to pay more attention on what i put in my body. lay off junk food and sugar. i need to drink water every day. eat more veggies and fruit eat wheat instead of white. lean meat and fish. take vitamins too. i know this will be a rewarding goal. i will have twice has much energy as i do now.
ma n i have planted potatoes,strawberries and tomatoes. we have a huge list of vegetables,herbs and flowers. once we get our green house up and accomplish the list. i have completed my goal :)
