How I did it: I kept my nails painted constantly, because chewing paint off of nails is horrible. Then I began to keep them done up. I went to a salon, had fake ones put on, short white tips. They looked beautiful. I haven't chewed my nails since. From time to time, I catch myself sucking on the tip of one of the fake nails then I quit. Read how I did it…
Im doing so good.
I’ve been working out everyday for a month now.
Every week, I skip atleast one or two days to give my body the relaxation and rest it needs though.
I’m up to running about 3 miles a day and doing cardio for an hour after that. I feel so invigorated and I’m starting to see real results and its making me feel so good about myself and my bodyy. :)
