Well, not really...

I actually got a gazelle instead. Much more fun than a treadmill.

I’m not sure if was so much that I managed the stress well enough. When I got laid off from my job, I was worried I would lose my insurance, so I talked to my doc about getting off the meds. I’ve been off them now since February, and I feel like my old self again. Still have a few stress issues, but they’re not causing physical pain, so I guess that counts as “managing”. :)
But I guess I knew more than I thought I did, because I passed with a fairly decent score. Now I’m all certified and stuff, which doesn’t mean anything in my day-to-day life, but still feels pretty nice to have actually accomplished something.
