How I did it
How I did it: I used to weigh 180 lbs when I graduated high school, which was March 2002. In 2003, I started to work out in the gym and I lost 13lbs in 6 weeks. I did Power Lifting for 5x a week and my trainer told me to avoid sweets. So I did. But I eventually stopped since I was studying and felt lazy to go to gym before or after school.
