i finally did it! i’ve been trying to do it for two years, but i kept giving up. not only have i drank more water, but i’ve completely cut out soda. in fact, the only things i drink is water and milk. i am so happy! i feel so much better.

i finally took a day and just gutted my room. i took everything out of my room except my bed. then i sorted through everything putting it into three piles; trash, charity and keep. i couldnt believe how much trash i kept! anyways, once i did that, it was easy to organize. organization is basically sorting and putting things into piles. its not hard, but it does take time. but im so glad that i did it because now i know where everything is and i just feel better every time i go into my room and see that its clean. one less thing to worry about.
i HATE blushing. it’s so obvious when i get embarrassed. i blush at the slightest compliment such as someone admiring my bracelet. so i’ll have to work on not getting embarrassed so easily, then i wont blush.
