How I did it: I tried to think before I speak.I only discuss important subjects when he's had time to unwind from work.I try not to raise my voice even when we argue.I fix his plate at supper time.I make sure to compliment him every day.I hug or kiss him whenever we pass in the hall or kitchen though out the day.I get up before him to fix his lunch and I try to go to bed with him more often instead of staying up late.I try to do more of the little things.
