Yeppers, that is my personal choice. I will post and let you know the progress. I felt amazing last time, as a spring cleanse. Now, this is a life choice.

This means no sugar or sweeteners, including local, organic, or raw versions, including sweetners, agave, honey, maple, etc. This also excludes all artificial sweetners and sweetening replacements, not even xylitol, erythritol(sp?)
->I will only eat the natural sugar that are in whole, fresh fruits, and in moderation.

This means no eggs or dairy, even from organic, farmer-direct, and/or raw sources.

I will refrain from ALL flours, no matter the grain, and no matter whether fresh ground, etc.

I will have the following:

1)farmer-direct or wild meats/seafoods
2)locally fresh plant foods,i.e. herbs/spices, fruits, veggies, mushrooms, sweet potatoes/yams…
3)grains, whole unprocessed (no rolled versions or grinds)
4)nuts and seeds, except peanuts and eat raw or unsalted. (preferably locally grown and farmer direct)

All sourced farmer direct or from local farmers/growers, except on occasion when it is not available otherwise, or not in my means temporarily.

Yeasts also include omissions from soups, spice mixes, etc. which have yeasts added, whether organic products or not.

I opt for loose herbal teas that have enough flavor without anything added. I usually add organic cinnamon for added yum affect.

• I may use a small bit of organic butter in cooking or for added flavor, on occasion.

Well, it seems that each quarterly visit we are growing closer, realizing what outlooks, views, and opinions we both have in common and can relate to. A couple months ago he spent the night at my house for the first time since I raised him at about 2 years old! :)

In a few months he turns 18 already! WOW!

Okay, just the other day an old friend I dated in high school found me on my myspace page and confessed that I was his first love and that he feels he would have been happier marrying me instead of the marriage he is unhappy with. Again, an interesting experience…
