I loved the city immensely. The history, architecture and culture was truly astounding. I highly recommend going.

It is a wrap my good people. I have enjoyed this journey immensely. I started out 10 days ago not knowing what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. I learned how addicting food can really be, stress let me eat, boredom let me eat, sad let me eat. I would catch myself going to the fridge or looking for some chips while watching a game even if I wasn’t hungry. I feel like I understand my impulses a lot more now, and not just dealing with food. The process, man, was incredible watching my body and mind go all over the place as it cleansed itself. I give every single person on here credit. to be able to go 2, 3 or however many days without food is an accomplishment considering all the temptations all around us. I also thank everyone who answered any question I had and gave me crazy moral support. Best wishes to everyone who is still on the journey and have completed it, I hope you get all that you are seeking.
Well one more day. It seems like the time just flew by. I can’t believe I have not had any food since Monday morning of last week. I have enjoyed this journey immensely and am excited that I am so close to finishing. Today I was a little hungrier than usual and had gas all day, that was real weird, but I have learned that each day will bring something different. I have decided to wait until Friday or Saturday morning to but the ingredients for my soup since I don’t wanna keep going into Trader Joe’s right now. Well I am off to drink this tea one last time, and prepare for my last day of the fast.
