I keep frozen broccoli in the freezer and it takes 90 seconds in the microwave to heat it up. It is delicious with sea salt and pepper and I can add it to just about anything.
If I have extra veggies, I cook them with eggs and make an omelette that is great and low cal.
I try to have a vegie and a salad with dinner or add veggies at every meal.
Fruits are easy for snacks.
The main thing that makes it tough to get them in your meals is if you have to spend a lot of time cutting and preparing to put them in your meals. Either buy them cut ( more expensive than whole but at least you eat them and a veggie that you toss because it goes bad is more of a waste) or cut them when you get home and just store them ready to toss in your recipe.

How I did it: I started buying frozen veggies that I could add to meals. Veggies with eggs in the am make for a great omelette. I love cucumber, tomato, and avocado salads for lunch! I add some sea salt and some spray italian dressing and sometimes some feta and it is sooooo yummy! I buy a lot of precut, and frozen veggies since I am super busy. This was a totally amazing experience. I did it a while ago. But, it is fantastic.
Today was my first day. I don’t know if I did well or not, but at the driving range, I didn’t whiff any!!! And I think I that’s pretty good.
