Made two healthy cakes today for Micahs birthday. Tried one of them, it turned out very well, and doesnt taste like it only has about 150 cal. Im also learning how to replace fatty ingredients in my cooking for ingredients that cut down on that fat but not the flavor. Good stuff.

So I dont have enough money right now to rejoin a gym, but I do have enough to buy a bike. I’ve had the idea for a while now but never acted on it. I love the outdoors and would love to take a walk, but its soooo boring for me, and I wont stick with that form or exercise I dont enjoy. Does anyone out there ride a bike for exercise? If so, what should I look for in buying a bike and what is a good daily bike regimen? Thanks for any tips!
well, Im trying to accomplish this, but its so hit and miss. Some nights I can get to sleep early, but others Im laying in bed paraniod about all the weird sounds Im hearing in the house, thinking that there are people trying to break in. Happened just last night, went to bed early, well 1:30 am, knowing Id need to get up early, and the wind was howling so loudly outside, then I hear what I thought was someone trying to open a side door, and go totally freaked out when my dog started barking too. It took me at least 20 min just for my heart to slow down. Anyways, Im working on it. Maybe when I have more of a set schedule this will fall into place.
