November 11, 2011:
23 years old. (3 1/4 years from time of posting)
blend of traditional and non-traditional themes.
medium-sized.
live band and dancing.
I want to get to a healthy weight by the time I graduate from college. The highest non-overweight weight for my height is 147, so I want to be, say, 145.
I’m writing this on 1 July 2008, at 225.6 lbs.
I need to be 145 by 10 May 2010, with a loss of 80.6 lbs.
I have 22 months in which to do this, or an average of -3.6 lbs per month, or -0.9 per week.
