I’ve decided to formally close my business and just do webdesign as a “hobby”. I really hate the word hobby, but really I’m just an amateur when it comes to webdesign. I really enjoy doing it, solving problems, making pages work etc but I don’t have to will, or the stamina, to deal with difficult clients, and keep getting work. It’s also been very difficult working by myself as I don’t have people to bounce ideas off and work through problems with.
Also now that I’ve got a full-time job I just don’t have time for it professionally anymore.

I didn’t realise that I wanted to achieve this until I did. But now I’m in a full-time job, working with fun people, with interesting information, and just enough stress to be challenging rather than damaging, it’s very enjoyable.

ah yes – I have access again – somehow or other when I got broadband all of my computing problems fixed themselves. Is it all to do with speed? I don’t know, and I don’t really care.
