I thought I would just let everyone know that I have lost 5 pounds this month so far…5 more left. I’m not sure if I can lost 5 pounds in 11 days but I’ll give it my best shot.

Today I made another trip to the gym. Before heading to the pool I weighed myself again, I’m down to 239.3. That means that I have lost about 18.7 pounds since I started this healthy new lifestyle. YAY!!! I still have a good ways to go to meet a healthy goal but I’m making some progress.

I have my good days and bad days but I’m still trying to keep my small goals in mind that will all add up to my final goal. Let me know if you have any suggestions, THANK YOU!!!
There isn’t much to say other then I did gain about 2 pounds in the past week because I had to go to a conference in Charlotte. I had to stay on a campus for 3 days so it was cafeteria during the day and fast food in the evenings. There was also a ton of sitting and listening to lectures so no exercise. But since this conference I have been to the gym 3 times this week and even did yoga one evening. My weight according to the scale at the gym was 241.8. I am going to the gym again tomorrow and hopefully there will be more of a weight loss.
My second month of exercising has put me down 2 more pounds so I have 8 more pounds to go and 16 days to do it in. Wish me luck!
