How I did it: I just thought about it like this...I imagined aliens arriving on Earth and them just farming & eating us because they prefered the taste of humans over vegetables ! I realised that for many creatures here, WE ARE those evil aliens.. this motivated me to find victimless nourishment where possible, to not CHOOSE to be an evil alien when there was obviously plenty of alternative food around me.
