Hi i am trying to wake up early every single day at 5 am but i couldnt even do it at all. I always put my alarm at 5am but i just cant wake up…..i always press the snooze button..do u guys have any ideas on it?
There was a time that i did woke up at 6am for a week due to a religious stuff.
and now im going to start waking up tomorrow and its 10pm rite now i think i need to go to bed in half an hour so my body could rest enough and try to wake up at 5am

i am half way there.. i actually stopped letting different, random guys hurt me and now i have to stop letting people keep hurting me and i just found out that if i do breathing exercise . It actually calms down your mind alot and it even gets it stable and concentrated

I sometime complain that i dont have white teeth i mean is its kind of yellow according to me :( but then again i always compared my teeth to the teeth commercial argh!!! I hate the yellow part i see at the bottom of my teeth…do u guys have any idea to get that part whiten?
