Well, i know it might not seem correct or ambitious, but just think about it for a moment, what’s the worst that can possibly happen (in most average situations). I just think that sometimes we expect SOO MUCH of ourselves, and we simply want the best (which is ok!!) but that puts us under a lot of stress. Just think about what’s the worst that can happen, and think how it might turn out OK after all. Once u accept all possible results, ull simply live without worries

How I did it: well, i was in school and a solar eclipse was happening , all i had to do was go up and use the equipment to see it . seeing something as big as this is just majestic , although some people consider it stupid ... its simply eye opening. and i dont want to be too spiritual, but something like this teaches you how something very small can distract you and hide the truth. Just focus and try to understand the course instead of “learning it by heart”. And when it comes to difficult questions in ANYTHING, pause for a second and actually think about the question, not about what the examiner expects u to write. Think about the actual problem (Especially in science) and try to accumulate all u know about this thing and think critically about it. I know my way might seem a bit radical, but i dont know, i feel it works.
