I'm doing it 20 months ago

I worked out again this morning (30 strength exercises = 150 kcal + 45 min Taebo = 450 kcal—> 600 kcal).

Total Consumption:

1 Rockstar = 20 kcal
Strawberries = 110 kcal
4 pieces of Gum = 10 kcal
Snapple = 0 kcal
Salad = 300 kcal
Lara Bar = 210 kcal
- 650 kcal

So for dinner I can have 550 kcal. But I’ll probably have an orange before then. Yeah I’m really doing this :>

Today 20 months ago

This morning I exercised :> YEAH ME!!!

- 30 min strength training
= 150 kcal?
- 30 min of Taebo
= 300 kcal
-45 min on Treadmill
= 400 kcal

Consumption so far:

- Rockstar = 20 kcal
- Gum = 5 kcal
- 1/2 small apple = 40 kcal
- 8 grapes = 25 kcal
- Diet Snapple = 0 kcal
- Salad w/Blue Cheese, walnuts, honey lemon dressing = 360 kcal

= 450 kcal
+ 225 Lara Bar (snack)
.............. 675 kcal

Whew! Much better than I thought.
I love eating a big dinner so tonight I have left enough for 525 kcal :) to reach my goal of 1200 calories!

Well 20 months ago

I’ve been traveling a lot for interviews since October. Last summer I dropped 10 lbs by watching what I eat and working out. Ever since last fall I haven’t worked out regularly nor have I eaten healthy. Now I’m totally depressed because I’ve officially gained 5 of the 10 pounds I killed myself to lose :(
Anyway I have to turn this around and eat right. Tomorrow I’m going to start a workout schedule. Today I cleaned my apartment but I didn’t eat well. I want to post my exercise + food journal on here so that I’ll be less likely to eat the awful crap I put in my mouth.

Today

Exercise:
- cleaned apartment
- going to do strength exercises
- @ least 30 min on treadmill

Food:
- Rockstar = 20 calories
- Croissant = 275 calories
- Mountain Dew = 275 calories
- Croissant = 275 calories
- 1 1/3 Big Hunks = 325 calories
- 4 pieces of gum = 10 calories
So far = 1180
Wow I can’t believe its so much! I really have o give up croissants, lol. How much do I normally eat? I’m going to have a light dinner.
