I want to try (yet again) to like running and to do it often. But I’m also interested in doing more swimming and biking, if I can manage it. Regardless, I was thinking about how if I were to lose a mere one pound a week, I’d reach my goal in four months, which doesn’t seem like all that long. So I’m trying to get myself moving on this goal by remembering that it’s a small task over a reasonable amount of time, and thus reminding myself that this is very achievable!
