Been working with this one alot. Seem to be managing my irrational worries better and feeling better about myself. Still need some work on this one though.
I’m swimming at least two days a week. My stamina and swimming style is improving with each visit. I still can;t swim far but I am slowly improving. I can;t but envy the swimmers that can effortlessly do 30 plus laps. I will keep at it.
I really want to do this….when will it rain! Might have to walk under a sprinkler if the heavens don;t open soon.
