How I did it: I weaned myself off of it.- Initial habit: One cup of coffee.- First three days: One half to one third cup of coffee.- Next few days: Black tea or a very small cup of soda.- Next few days after that: green tea.- And finally, switched to just plain water! This is actually the hardest step because your body is switching from something to *nothing.* The other steps are pretty easy. Read how I did it…
They were pretty expensive, but they were worth it. I wear the same size in pants, skirt, and jacket (although I had to have the jacket tailored to be a bit smaller in one place), and everything fit well. It was a great shopping experience :)
In October 2008, it was really short—a little bit shorter than my chin, and it looked really bad. It was the first experimental cut I’ve ever had that I really didn’t like, and I could tell that my boyfriend missed my hair, so I’ve decided to grow it out. When I highlighted my hair, I kept it pretty long (to the middle of back or to the small of the back), but I haven’t had it that long since I switched back to my natural color, so that’s what I’m going for at the moment. I think I should get there sometime in the next year :)
PS: The pic shows my approximate hair length.
